There is also a $20 ANNUAL ALUMNI  REGISTRATION FEE  (PER MEMBER) WHICH MUST BE PAID BY ALL MEMBER ATTENDEES (NOT GUESTS). At this time there is no hard deadline for submitting registration or money, however, the sooner we receive this, the easier it is to plan and keep all advised of who is coming. A prompt reply would be appreciated.

RAFFLES:
As you know, one source of fun and operating funds is raffles we hold at our banquets. We will be holding raffles again in Norfolk. If you have any Submarine/Navy or other useful/interesting items you can contribute to raffle off, please bring them along. Please drop me a note in advance if you will be doing so. THANKS!

USSVI CONVENTION:
The nearby USSVI CONVENTION is being held from Sept. 2-9. Because of this location, they are sponsoring many interesting tours and activities for USSVI MEMBERS. You can access their schedule of these events at http://ussvi-2012convention.com  (PLAN OF THE WEEK). Participation in these is limited to members of USSVI. If you are not a member you may want to consider joining a chapter by then.

HOSPITALITY ROOM
A hospitality room will be available for us from 0800 to 2300 on 9/5,6 and 7. Location of our room will be available at the front desk.
